What is a Corporate Massage?

The Corporate or ‘Seated Chair’ Massage is a short stress reducing massage, lasting approximately 10 – 15 minutes. The massage targets areas of tension in the upper body and is performed by a specially trained therapist.  There is no need to remove any items of clothing and no creams/oils are used. This means that the massage does not disrupt the working day and is ideal for a quick lunchtime break pick-me-up in the office.
